- According to our substitution policy, if the flowers and cake ordered by you are not available with our vendors in the respective city or town, we guarantee delivery of the best quality flowers and cake available of equal value.
- Delivery of certain ordered items may not be possible due to circumstances beyond our control. However, we guarantee 100% refund of your money within 5 business days.
- We guarantee excellent customer service, and hence, if there is any problem with the flowers or gifts being delivered, we will replace the order at no additional cost.
- Country Flora does not entertain any other claim whatsoever other than the claim for 100% payment refund. However, such claims are to be raised within 24 hours of delivery or non-delivery.
- We do not entertain any compliant for perishable items like cake and flowers after 48 hours from the time of delivery.
- Country Flora is unable to change or cancel orders that are already in process, en route or delivered. Orders for same day delivery are processed immediately, and hence, cannot be changed. No change in instructions will be entertained before 2 working hours of date of delivery and acknowledged by the customer support team. No change request will be entertained for international orders 48 hours before delivery unless confirmed by the support team. We are unable to cancel order unless informed 48 hours (international) and 24 hours (domestic) in advance to the delivery date.
- In case of orders for perishable items like cakes and flowers, if the receiver or representatives are not available at the time of delivery, Country Flora considers the order to be delivered. However, we always try our best to take appointment over phone in advance to delivery.
